This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) defines the main rules and conditions for the processing of personal data applicable to visitors of the website https://adblueprint.pro/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website); clients (individuals) or representatives of clients (legal entities) of MB "Reklamos projektavimas" (hereinafter referred to as Reklamos projektavimas); candidates participating in Reklamos projektavimas job vacancies; persons who contact us/submit inquiries; representatives of Reklamos projektavimas partners and service providers, and others.

  • Data related to salary calculation;
  • Data related to debt accounting;
  • Data related to the preparation and submission of declarations;
  • Data related to the execution of bank transfers;
  • Other (the list is not exhaustive).

For the purpose of collaboration/partnership with Reklamos projektavimas, we process the following personal data of partners/external service providers (their representatives):

  • Name, surname, phone number, city, email address, bank account number, (the list is not exhaustive).

For the purpose of administering and responding to inquiries received through the Reklamos projektavimas website, we process the following personal data of website visitors:

We will store your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve and implement the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, considering the nature of the services provided to you or the nature of the collaboration, except in cases where a longer retention period is required by applicable regulatory legal acts and is necessary (e.g., mandatory accounting and other document retention periods, etc.) or dictated by the legitimate interests of the data controller in defending legal claims in court or other state institutions.

Participation in selections

Reklamos projektavimas collects and processes your resume (CV) and/or motivation letter and/or other information provided by you during the selection process for job selection purposes based on your consent, which you express by sending/submitting your resume (CV) and other information through the Website to Reklamos projektavimas. Upon completion of the employee selection process, we undertake to delete and/or destroy your personal data within 5 working days after signing an employment/practice agreement with the selected candidate, unless you consent separately to the continued use of your data for the purposes specified in your consent.

Direct marketing

Upon becoming our client and not expressing opposition during data collection or giving separate consent, your personal data may be processed for direct marketing purposes. You have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data for such purposes. Reklamos projektavimas will no longer process (use) your personal data for direct marketing purposes as soon as you object to the processing of data for this purpose. Your refusal to receive promotional offers and news will not hinder you from using our services, but it will mean that we will not be able to provide you with beneficial offers. You can inform us of your objection or withdrawal of consent by email at reklamospro@gmail.com. For direct marketing purposes, Reklamos projektavimas actively uses your personal data as long as you are a client of Reklamos projektavimas (if you did not express objection during data collection) or for 3 years from the moment of giving consent (if you gave separate consent), unless you withdraw your consent. The consent is kept in the archive for 1 year from the end of the active use period of the consent.

Considering the complexity of the request and the number of requests received, this period may be extended by another 2 months.
